    Prices are in Mexican pesos, with VAT and service charges included.

DEPOSIT POLICIES:

To confirm the date and area, the hotel kindly requests a deposit of 30% of the total guaranteed amount upon signing the contract. The remaining balance must be paid 8 days prior to the event date. A minimum of 80 people is required to reserve the area. Any remaining balance must be paid at the end of the event by providing a credit card as a guarantee, or alternatively, a cash deposit of $2,000 MXN. The hotel does not guarantee the space without compliance with the above deposit requirements. Prices are subject to change without prior notice until the first deposit is made. The hotel, at its own risk, will prepare 15% extra servings; therefore, no discounts will be granted if not all guests attend. Any amount exceeding the minimum must be paid at the contracted price. Events in the pool area are scheduled between 7:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. Dessert or candy table setups and decorations are the responsibility of the client. Access to the event area will be granted two hours prior to the event. Bands or live music groups are not allowed in the restaurant or terrace areas. Minimum attendance requirements are based on adult guests. The furniture included for the event consists of round tables with banquet chairs (without covers). Table linens will be provided in the color of the client’s choice (subject to availability). Should different furniture or linens be requested, the client must pay the difference.
