Our main objective is to provide users with total satisfaction through our services. The website https://www.lasflores.com.mx/ (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”) is publicly accessible; therefore, the Hotel shall not establish any unjustified or undue preferences, nor any form of discrimination against users of the service. TERMS OF USE
Access to or use of the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions by the user. Through the Site, users may access, contract, and/or use the services provided by the Hotel. The use of content on the Site is the sole responsibility of the user, who must always use it in accordance with the permitted functionalities of the Site and the uses authorized by these terms and conditions. Users agree to use the Site in a manner that does not infringe upon public order, good customs, the rights of others, Internet use standards, the laws of the United Mexican States, or the legislation applicable in the country from which the user accesses the Site. The Site is for individual use only and may not be used for commercial purposes involving the services and/or products it contains. The user agrees to hold harmless the Hotel, its shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, attorneys-in-fact, representatives, and/or anyone associated with it, from any liability arising from the use of information or documentation acquired by the user through the Site. The Hotel shall not be held responsible for how such information is used by the user, nor for any consequences arising from such use. Access to and continuous or uninterrupted use of the Site is not guaranteed. The system may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, Internet failures, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, efforts will be made to restore service as quickly as possible, without any liability for the Hotel. LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

Users do not acquire any intellectual property rights, copyrights, and/or industrial property rights through the mere use or access of the services on the Site, and such use shall not be interpreted as authorization or license to use the Site for purposes other than those stated in these terms. COOKIES
Users accessing the Site agree to receive files transmitted by the Hotel’s servers. A cookie is a data file stored on the user’s hard drive when accessing the Site. These files may contain information such as user ID or information to track visited pages. A cookie cannot read data or information on the user’s hard drive, nor can it read cookies from other sites. Cookies are typically accepted automatically, but users may change their browser settings at any time. Users agree to hold the Hotel harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, demands, or expenses (including attorney fees) made by third parties as a result of, or related to, their use of the website or any services offered on the Site. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Hotel shall not be liable for indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to the use or inability to use the service. MARKETING EMAILS
Users agree to receive marketing messages and promotional materials from us via email or any other contact method provided (including phone number for calls or text messages). If a user does not wish to receive such promotional content, they must notify us through our contact channels. APPLICABLE LAW
Disputes related to this document and/or the services offered on our Site shall be governed and interpreted solely and exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Sinaloa, Mexico. PAYMENTS
All payments are securely processed through Openpay. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date to avoid charges. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are subject to a charge equal to the first night of stay.
In case of no-show without prior notice, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged. If a cancellation is made within the allowed time, the hotel will refund the total amount paid, minus any applicable processing fees. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card used to make the reservation and may take up to 10 business days to appear on the customer’s account. Any modification to a reservation must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Modifications are subject to availability and the rate in effect at the time of modification. If the number of nights is reduced, the cancellation policy will apply. Non-refundable promotional or discount rates do not allow cancellations or modifications. In case of cancellation or no-show for non-refundable bookings, 100% of the total amount will be charged. The hotel is not responsible for cancellations resulting from force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, etc.). In such cases, the hotel will aim to offer rescheduling options or credit for future stays. To cancel or modify a reservation, please contact the hotel’s reservations team via email or phone. Be sure to have your reservation number and credit card information available to facilitate the process. If you have any claims or questions related to your reservation, please contact our customer service team. By making a reservation at our hotel, you agree to these terms and conditions.
