Las Flores Beach Resort thanks you in advance for the trust you have placed in us. Looking forward to the opportunity to serve you, we present for your consideration the quotation for the services you kindly requested, hoping it meets your complete satisfaction.

Includes:

Pool area (min 150 – max 250 people) or Event Hall (min 80 – max 120 people), glassware, furniture and table linens, dinner with a menu of your choice (1, 2, or 3 courses), menu tasting (2 dishes), professional waiter, captain, and bartender service, 5-hour national open bar service (rum, brandy, tequila, vodka, gin, orangeade, lemonade, beer, and soft drinks), ceremony setup for 30 guests, complimentary room for the couple that night (subject to availability).
Prices are in Mexican pesos and include VAT and service charges.

DEPOSIT POLICIES:

  • To confirm the date and area, the hotel kindly requests a deposit of 30% of the total guaranteed amount upon signing the contract. The remaining balance must be paid 8 days prior to the event date.
  • A minimum of 80 guests is required to reserve the area.
  • Any additional balance must be settled at the end of the event by leaving a credit card as a guarantee or, alternatively, a cash deposit of $2,000 MXN.
  • The hotel does not guarantee the space without proper deposit payments, and prices are subject to change without notice until the first deposit is made.
  • The hotel will prepare 15% extra meals at its own risk; therefore, no discounts will be given if all guests do not attend. Any excess over the minimum must be paid at the agreed price.
  • Events held in the pool area are scheduled from 7:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
  • Candy or dessert table setups and decorations are the client’s responsibility. Access to the area will be granted two hours before the event.
  • Bands or musical groups are not allowed in the restaurant or terrace areas.
  • Required minimums are based on adult guests.
The furniture included for the event consists of round tables with banquet chairs without covers. Table linens will be provided in the color of the client’s choice (subject to availability). If different furniture or linens are requested, the client will pay the difference.
